Text for easy scheduling

As a solo private office, Dr. Potter has created a very convenient concept with his patients.  An appointment can be very simple to schedule via texting the office and setting up a time usually right away.  Dr. Potter accepts walk-ins on an individual basis if he is available at the time of walk-in.  Having an appointment will allow any inconveniences to be avoided.  Cameras are in each room for your safety and the Doctor's safety.

Cancellation Policy: We strive to accommodate our patients' schedules whenever possible, and there is no charge to reschedule appointments with advance notice (i.e., more than 2 business days.) There is a fee if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, or if you need to reschedule and provide 2 business days' advance notice or less. The fee is $55.50 for appointments with Dr. Potter. In such a case, we charge the credit card you provided initially to secure your appointment. You may contact our office after normal business hours by calling our office and leaving a message. We retrieve time-stamped messages on the following business day.
